LIMOUSINE RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. No alcohol consumed by anyone less than 21 years of age. *If there is any underage drinking,

the limo will be stopped, and passenger will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver. No refunds will be given. If passenger is under 18, parents/guardians will be called to pick up the passenger. The limo will not proceed to the next stop until the passenger is picked up. Overtime hours will be charged for the additional time.

2. No Smoking

3. To avoid confusion, only the spokesperson is to make changes in the schedule.

4. There will be a $200.00 clean-up fee for any vomit found inside the limousine.

5. There will be a $10.00 fee for each broken or missing glass.

6. There will be a $100.00 clean-up for excessive clean up inside the limousine.

7. Any and all unruly persons will be dropped off at the sole discretion of the driver. No refunds

will be given.

8. We will NOT be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen property.

9. NO illegal drug use of ANY KIND.*Passengers will be immediately dropped off for any use

of illegal drugs. No refunds will be given.

10. Client agree that overtime will be billed at the contracted rate and agrees to pay any overtime charges.

11. Unsafe road conditions may require us to cancel a trip due to excess snow or ice. We will not jeopardize the safety of our clients, drivers, or vehicles in unsafe road conditions.

12. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, traffic conditions, mechanical problems

13. Security cameras may and will be used for the safety of passengers and driver.

**If Paying in Cash, Driver is Unable to Give Change**

*Gratuity is not included. We do not force our clients to tip, we feel it is the passengers choice to tip or not whether if they feel the driver deserves a tip.

THERE IS NO GUARANTEE THAT OVERTIME HOURS WILL BE AVAILABLE. PLEASE BE SURE THAT THE NUMBER OF HOURS YOU ARE REQUESTING WILL BE SUFFICIENT TIME FOR YOUR EVENT. OVERTIME STARTS 15 MINUTES AFTER YOUR HOURS REQUESTED AND IS CHARGED IN 1 HOUR INCREMENTS AT THE STANDARD HOURLY RATE.

Contract obligations are as follows: I understand and agree to the length and usage along with

any charges and further agree to pay for any and all damages (including missing electronics & decorations) my party may cause during the rental period. All damages are the sole discretion of the driver. Damages to the vehicle will result in a charge of 125% of the repair cost. I also agree to the above Limousine Rules and Regulations. By making a reservation with us, you agree to all terms and conditions of this contract whether you have physically signed this contract or not.
